Blue Zones Restaurants

Why I became a Blue Zones Project Approved™ Restaurant: “As a restaurant owner, I have always felt that I have an obligation to my customers to make sure Good Stuff serves food that tastes good and is healthy, too. When we became a Blue Zones Project Approved Restaurant, we created the “16 Under 600 Fitness Menu” with 16 items under 600 calories. We have been overwhelmed by the success of these items on our menu.” – Cris Bennett, President, Good Stuff Restaurants

Blue Zones Food Guidelines: Centenarians in the original Blue Zones® areas don’t diet or count calories to stay lean and healthy. They simply eat whole foods each day, mostly plants. By adopting some of the healthy eating principles that define a Blue Zones lifestyle, you too can live longer, better®.

Why I became a Blue Zones Project Approved™ Grocery Store
“GROW’s experience becoming a Blue Zones Approved Grocery Store was not only good for our customers but good for our family, our employees and our business. The process helped us learn more about the items we offer and give advice to customers to help them make a healthier choice when shopping. From a business stand point, the cross marketing of Blue Zones foods has helped our sales, but the Blue Zones labels in the shop have had the most positive effect for GROW.”  – Barry Fisher, owner, GROW neighborhood market
